WPF Controls 2019.1 build 685 Hotfix

After the build 685 was released, we found that a bug was introduced that prevented Editors' edit boxes in a PropertyGrid from showing updated values from other sources.  We issued a hotfix for the build on 2020-04-07.  Please update to the fixed build if you downloaded build 685 prior to that date.
