Can you verify that you are on the v20.1.1 (latest version and latest build) that was specified in your post?  That file path is something we included in past versions but not this version, which is why I ask.

I would suggest that you first try updating to the latest maintenace release of the version you have in case it's a bug we already fixed.  If that doesn't solve the problem, you might want to try moving to v20.1 if you aren't already on it and see if that helps.  If that still doesn't help, please let us know.
