Automatic completion of list filtering will cause flickering

The auto-complete list seems to have some problems when filtering and relocating the selections. It seems that the entire list will keep flashing.

It can be clearly seen from the scroll bar on the right.

This will have a certain visual impact on the coding experience.

Hello,

It's tricky since we are trying to scroll the selection to the middle when possible, but we are limited by the API given to us with ScrollViewer for how to make this work.  That being said, I think we were able to reduce the flicker a bit in this scenario where you have filtering of unmatched items active.  The update will be in the next build.

The changes mentioned above for this were made in v21.1.3.
