I would like to be able to put a text prefix on every non empty line. I would also like when a new line is added, if there is an event, to be able to put a prefix text over there. Just a normal text before the text user will type.

Maybe you could use a custom margin to display your prefix text? The "Editor View Margins - Custom" QuickStart has a good example of building a custom margin that renders text on each line.
I need it to be part of the text. Anyway I found a solution. Thanks!
