Can someone buy a license for older actipro libraries, like for v19 for example ?

Hi Daniel,

If you'd like to order an older version, please contact our sales team to coordinate the purchase.  They will usually have you order the latest version on our web site, and then have you email them afterward to request to add a free downgrade to the older version.
