I'm sorry but from the gif you sent, it's not clear what you are asking for. Can you please explain in more detail?
Do you mean that when splitting the SyntaxEditor so that there is a horizontal splitter that separates two views, you want the NavigableSymbolSelector control to also duplicate and scroll down with the second split view?
