ContainerMaxSize is not respected by floating ToolWindow.

Thank you for writing about this.  Yes, this is a known issue due to a max size restriction problem we were unable to solve before.  That being said, we took a fresh look at it today and were able to finally narrow down the core issue we had before.  Once that was resolved, we were able to add support for adhering to ContainerMaxSize similar to how it already did for ContainerMinSize.  These updates will be in the upcoming maintenance release.
