Does the 2D Barcode component support GS1 QRCode?

Our QR Code implementation follows the standard developed by Denso Wave.  I believe the GS1 version is just a specification on what format the string data embedded into the QR Code needs to be, correct?  For instance "(01) 09521101530001 (17) 210119 (10) AB-123" is a GS1-formatted data string.  If so, you can just set that kind of string as the value of the QR Code and it will work.
