Our WPF Rating control can show the average rating until you click your rating, at which point it only shows that. That is how the rating controls we've studied in the past all work. Showing both at the same time would be tricky to show only in the control. I'd think showing the average value in a separate TextBlock may be better. Have you seen instances of showing both in the same control?
We don't have a Rating control in Avalonia at this time but may add one in the future.
It is exactly what I meant, showing the average rating (in a different color so its easy to see if the user has rated something or not) or the user rating instead.
And yes, this was feature request :-)
