I tried the new DynamicImage and it works great with black/white colors when the theme changes, but it doesn't work with colors such as regular blue, which is clearly visible in white mode but very difficult to see in dark mode. I assumed that DynamicImage would change every color so that it would be clearly visible in both modes.

It should be working with all colors. If you look at our Dynamic Image Quickstart sample, you can see various comparisons of light vs. dark themes with assorted colors of images.
If you still think there is a problem, please make a new simple sample project that shows the issue and send that to our support address so we may investigate, referencing this thread in your email. Be sure to exclude the bin/obj folders so it doesn't get spam blocked. Thanks!
Ok I see it works but its rather subtle. At least for Blue, it works better with other colors like DeepSkyBlue
