Can we apply style for Title bar of ribbon window control ?

Not right now however please see my reply to your preview post showing how to modify the colors used in the title bar and/or the brushes used to draw it. If you have specific needs for customizing the title bar, please post them or email us and perhaps we can enhance things for you.
