RestoreBounds implementation in RibbonWindow has a bug.
BUG:
After maximizing application window and restoring it down window doesn't restore to previous location and size.
REPRO:
1. Create new WPF application project.
2. Add RibbonWindow to project. Set it as startup window.
3. F5
4. Resize application window to occupy full desktop workspace (like maximize, but not)
5. Maximize application window (double click title bar or click maximize button)
6. Restore application window (double click title bar or click maximize button)
