How do I walk the outline nodes?

I have support for regions for code folding - these can also be nested. Everything looks and behaves fine in the editor but I want to walk through these nodes in code and populate a tree control that shows the hierarchy and some other properties of the code in the region. I can't seem to find any children of the root node. What is the technique for doing this?

Edit: Ok Nevermind. I see now that each node is a collection
