Hello,
perhaps there are some people interested in a SyntaxEditor renderer that supports the skinning engine of devExpress.
The renderer is at a very beginning stage (as I only have little time and only implemented the things we need for our project), but if there is some interest, I will perhaps add some more features.
By now only the following versions are supported (tested):
- SyntaxEditor 4.0.277
- DevExpress control suite 8.2.4.0
Perhaps all other versions of the same major release will work, but I don't know it.
The following features are supported:
- Skinned painting of the "standard" parts of the SyntaxEditor including border, scrollbars, splitters and buttons
- When the devExpress style is not a skin, the default rendering of the SyntaxEditor ist used
- By now the renderer only uses the Default LookAndFeel
If you are interested, just drop me an email and I will send you the source file with the renderer...

The latest build of this product (v24.1.0) was released 2 months ago,
which was after this thread was created.
