All of the ScreenTip properties that take text the majority of the time (Description, Header and Footer) are objects. I understand this is (probably) why they are not marked with localizability attributes but I wonder if they can be; the ToolTip property on FrameworkElement (also an object) is marked with the ToolTip category which could be applied to all three ScreenTip properties.
