Default color for fill color on ribbon - Ribbon for WPF Forum

How can I set a default color when the split button is clicked for the first time? I tried naming the ColorPickerGallery and the color and in the constructor set the _fillColorGallery.selectedItem to the default color. This did not work.

Hi Laura,

Are you using commands to drive it? If so you may wish to look at how we did the Apply Background functionality in our main Features ribbon demo. In RichTextBoxExtended, look in the code for instances of "ApplyBackground".
