Maximize Mode issue in Ribbon Standard MDI

Hi,

I have an issue with Ribbon Standard MDI.

In the Ribbon sample browser application of Standard MDI, there is One Main(Master) window and four sub(child) windows. Now if I Maximize any one of the child window then the Title bar of the child window comes below the Menu control of Master window.

But my requirement is like that the Title bar(Contents of title bar) of child window should be merged with Master window title bar(i.e. master contents - child contents). And control buttons(minimize, maximize and close) should display at Top Right corner of Menu control.

I think this should be behavior of Standard MDI window as in MS Office if we have open more than one document.

Is there any setting or other way to implement this.
