NavigationBar Docking interaction.

Some of the NavigationBar controls I've seen on other applications have the ability to treat elements in a NavigationBar as if they were dockable panes - this allows the user to grab one of the large buttons and tear it off to create a floating window, as well as allowing floating windows to be docked into a NavigationBar.

Is there any way to do this currently? Having it interact with the docking framework would be nice.
