We are pleased to release a beta of our next generation docking controls as part of a new WinForms control suite named Actipro UIStudio. UIStudio also includes new TabStrip and NavigationBar controls. More controls will be added to the suite as it evolves.
The current release is a beta release and the beta can be downloaded from the UIStudio home page at:

Please note that this beta only includes class library documentation and does not include detailed help topics yet. Its C# sample project demonstrates most of the functionality available in the suite. Also be sure to check out our product pages for UIStudio on our web site for more information on the suite.
We are aware of some minor bugs left to resolve however most of the functionality is implemented for the controls. Please help us test it out and post any bug reports or feature suggestions right here. The more feedback we get, the sooner we can release a full 1.0 version.
The beta version does not include an installer. To install the controls, unzip them to a folder. Then open the sample project. The references will be invalid so remove the references to the three Actipro assemblies and re-add them using the assemblies found in the folder above the sample project.
