Loading a DTD

Hi,

Could you please tell me how do I load a DTD. When I try the following code, I get the error that I have to set the ProhibitDTD property for XMLreadersettings object. But I do not know how do I pass the XMLreader object to the SyntaxEditor object. Any help would be appreciated. If I load the DTD will i get the intellisense??
