Add links to keywords

CodeHighlighter for ASP.NET Forum

First of all, absolutely love the control! The only thing I can think to add would be a way to add hyperlinks to keywords. Each keyword group, for example, might have a set link defined in the xml for the group, like 'http://www.mysite.com?keyword=$keyword$' or some such mechanism to define the word itself. And perhaps a boolean to turn on and off the keyword linking.

Yet again, a great product. Thanks!

Thanks for the suggestion. We actually already have that on our TODO list for a future version.

I also love the CodeHighlighter control and also need to add some links for certain keywords. Any idea when this is going to be implemented?

Hi Erick,

We're currently a bit swamped with SyntaxEditor 4.0 development. However if this is something that your company requires, we can be hired at a an hourly rate to implement it immediately. When we do consulting for customers we put aside our other priorities to get it done. E-mail us if that's something you're interested in. Otherwise, we'll get it implemented down the road but not sure when right now.
