Anchor with Targetframe in degin mode

I'm using most of the times the design mode in SpiderWriter. Is it possible to add TargetFrame in the Hyperlink dialog when I insert an ANCHOR with Ctrl-Shift-A?

Now I have to switch back to the Document Source mode to edit the ANCHOR tag to add a targetframe link _blank.

Since the design view is a third-party control (from Microsoft), we're forced to use their window for editing anchor tags, which is the one without a targetframe link. Sorry.
