Workspace tab disappeared - Spider Writer Suggestions and Support Forum

My workspace tab has disappeared and I'm unable to restore it. I was repositioning it when it disappeared. I have tried the Customize and the View checkboxes without success. I have closed the program without saving and restarted it, also without results. I'd appreciate hearing from anyone who has some insight into this problem. Thanks.

Gary,

Can you send over the swdm.dat file that's located in your "Spider Writer/Config" folder to support@spiderwriter.com for us to look at?

If you right click on a toolbar, a menu should pop up showing which available toolbars are visible. The workspace one doesn't show up there for you anymore? After you send that file to us, go to the "Spider Writer/Data" folder and copy the swdm.dat file there over the one in the "Spider Writer/Config" folder. That will reset the toolbars.
