Geeze, I'm a sign designer and use the same method in my sign software as you're giving me, however, I just tried again and still can't move anything <IMG SRC="redface.gif" border="0">((.I see the move icon when I start dragging but when I get to a destination & let go, nothing moves.

In source view, do you see the vertical bar move as you drag?

Yes, and I can move words around in that view but not so in the design view. Ican see the drop cursor in both views. It just doesn't do anything in the design view.

Design view works the same way. I'm able to move text around ok in both views. What version of Internet Explorer do you have?

You have XP and the same version of IE that I do so it should be working on your computer.

I just downloaded 3 other trial editors and drag & drop work fine in them.
