Welcome to our redesigned web site!

We're spent a lot of time on it to improve your user experience when browsing our product line, maintaining your accounts and requesting support.

Please read the following sections to learn more about some important changes to our web site.

Customer Relations Changes

The old Customer Relations used to use your organization name for login and a password. We have changed this so that now, you log into your personal account using your e-mail address and a password. If your e-mail address was associated with an organization's purchases in the past, it will be linked to the organization in the new site.

If you had previously posted in our forums, your password will be the password you used for those.

When you log in, you will have access to the My Profile page, which lets you set what information others can see related to your user account. A Mailing List Preferences page lets you manage the mailing lists to which you are subscribed.

Other pages you'll have access to are the Organization Profile and Organization Purchases pages. If your user account is tied to an organization, you can access all of the organization's data there.

Purchasing Changes

Purchasing of .NET controls is now easier than ever. On the first page, we present you with several purchasing options for every possible scenario and based on those options, our site automatically populates your shopping cart.

If you are logged into your user account, when you go to make a purchase, your user data will automatically be entered. If you are already tied to an organization, you can choose to add your purchase to your existing organization's account. Both these things save you from re-entering all the data.

Forum Changes

We've written our own forums for the new web site. These forums have a great new look to match our web site and also feature code highlighting that uses our freeware ASP.NET CodeHighlighter control.

Before you can post to the forums, you must be logged into a user account that has been verified. To verify your account (if it hasn't been verified already), go to your My Profile page and press the Verify this Account button.

Questions

If you have any questions about our new site, please contact us by posting here or sending us an e-mail.

Enjoy the new web site!

Could you tell what kind of toolbar, header section ASP.NET controls are you using? I'm just looking for some decent and well looking implementations. Thanks, Joerg.

Hi Joerg,

Actually we just custom wrote all those controls for our web site from scratch.
