IntelliPrompt.MemberList autoshrink

It would be nice if the memberlist could automatically shrink and expand and show "no suggestions" instead of always showing the full list and just jumping to the first relevant item.
I've implemented this myself but it flickers.

By the way the flickering also applies to IntelliPrompt.InfoTip, I need to change the text as I type and the only way to do this is by hiding and redisplaying it.
