2 quick questions regarding printing:
- is it possible to print outlined (folded) code with version 3.0?
- why is there a print preview generation dialog both when calling PrintPreview *and* when cancelling the dialog? Is it a .NET issue? I read the post about your implementation...

Right now it's expanding collapsed nodes for printing automatically. We will be adding a property in the near future to allow printing of code with collapsed node states that match the current state in the document.

I'm not sure what you mean by your second question. Our methods essentially just call the standard .NET framework dialogs.
