Added capabilities for displaying the info tip at any desktop location.
Added a IntelliPromptInfoTip.Show overload that accepts a Point location at which to display the info tip.

Are you sure of the above features in 3.0.0180 release?
After getting the latest release, InfoTip always shows up at the (0,0) desktop position, and no Show overload except the one which accepts offset.

We made a mistake in the code with the last build. We'll try to get a fix for this out this weekend.

Do you suggest a quick workaround or shall we roll-back to the previous version?

Unfortunately I think our code fix is the only way to get around this one. We'll expedite it.

One little question:
when upgrading to another maintenance release, do I have to download the full version, type in the license key and change my project references, or is there another way (like patching)?

You have to uninstall the version you have, and install the new full version from Customer Relations.

With each new release, these are the steps I follow:

1) Close all Visual Studio instances
2) Uninstall Last Release
3) Install Latest Release
4) Modify appropriate line in 'licenses.licx' file to report new build number
5) Open Visual Studio and Rebuild Solution

This approach has always worked consistently, and doesn't require me to rebuild any references in my project. Just thought I'd share my experience.

Thanks Boyd! I'll try that with the next maintenance release...!
The latest build of this product (v24.1.0) was released 1 month ago, which was after the last post in this thread.
