Indicates the types of actions that can be performed by a code snippet.

| Expansion | Allows the code snippet to be inserted at the cursor. |
| None | No actions are defined. |
| Refactoring | Allows for code refactoring. This is currently unsupported by SyntaxEditor. |
| SurroundsWith | Allows the code snippet to be placed around a selected piece of code. |
