We've just released our first SyntaxEditor 2.0 beta version for testing.

If you are an existing 1.0 customer and are interested in testing the 2.0 version with dramatic new features, send us an email and indicate what you will contribute to the testing effort.

If you are accepted, you will be able to access the .NET Beta forum and will be given access to the 2.0 beta.

What's the timeline on the v2.0 release - I don't want to buy 1.0 now and fall just outside the 30 days limit

It depends on how stable the beta appears to be. So far it's looking good. We also need to add some more help topics and do some optimization.

But all in all, if things go well, we're hoping to get it out any time in the next few weeks. I would recommend getting an annual subscription because although 2.0 has some dramatic differences and improvements over 1.0, we have plans for versions beyond 2.0 as well and the annual subscription would enable you to get those as well.

The latest build of this product (v24.1.0) was released 2 months ago, which was after the last post in this thread.
