is there a way to make sure that when outline is enabled that the default is expanded?

if the code (c# for example) has a region area, it is defaulted to collapsed...

Just modify the C# semantic parser. There is code in there that collapses regions after load. You can remove that.

The latest build of this product (v4.0.59) was released 14 years ago, which was after the last post in this thread.
