Hi,
when the scrollbars are disabled I can move the caret outside the viewable area (by just typing or using the arrow-keys, etc.). I would expect the caret (and thus its position) to always be in the viewable area.
This is at least what the ordinary edit-controls do; they scroll the view according to the position of the caret, regardless of the visibility of the scrollbars.
I would expect that just enabling the scroll-mechanism but just not rendering the scrollbars (if specified so), would fix that problem.
Can this be done?
