Does anyone know of a way to strikethrough text, keeping the rest of the existing font attributes the same?

Hi Gareth,

There isn't support for strikethrough text in v3.1 however if you are using a span indicator over the range, you could override the span indicator's DrawMarks method and draw it yourself.

In v4.0, we've added enhancements to allow you to have the strike-through drawing done for you.
