Wizard 1.03.0051 Maintenance Release

Due to a couple bugs discovered after release of Wizard 1.03.0050, we have prepared a new maintenance release.

<li>Changed how WatermarkImage was anchored from Top, Right to Top, Left since the new WaterMarkImageLocation did not work correctly with Top, Right anchoring. This change may require some location adjustment of the image.
<li>Fixed bug that was setting the DialogResult of the Next button to Cancel instead of None when there was no Finish button.
<li>Added dotted border for images (WatermarkImage, HeaderImage) in design mode when they are not set
