DockableWindow/TabStripPanel 2.00.0188 Maintenance Release

A maintenance release of DockableWindow and TabStripPanel was uploaded to our site on 11/3/02. Changes include:

DockableWindow

<li>Fixed bug where DWToolWindow.Hide() method was firing deactivated event twice.
<li>Fixed bug where document containers would not resize without a call to ClearLayout() or a layout being loaded.
<li>Fixed bug where auto-hide window would not hide that occurred because of obfuscation.
<li>Fixed bug where loading of layouts using auto-hide would sometimes cause an exception.
