VB.net Addon

We don't want to put any timeframes on it since the VB syntax is huge and a complex language takes a long time to code. However we are actively working on it now. We have a base VBSyntaxLanguage implemented that can do code statistics and fast lexical parsing. We have started on the grammar for the semantic parser as well. Once that is done, maybe we'll include it as a beta in the sample and it will have syntax error reporting and document outlining. After that, then we'll need to do context tracking so that we can do IntelliPrompt, XML comment auto-complete, and other related features.
