Hi Andrew,
The template for a DocumentWindow is its tab. We don't have any options built-in that will make that particular curved look for a tab. So you'd need to clone our default styles/templates for DocumentWindow and make a new implicit Style that has an updated template with that look. Then put that implicit Style in your Application.Resources.
