invoke a command/compiler

Hi Nick,

The problem is that WinRT applications (Windows 8 apps) are very limited in their security and can only execute code within their own application folder.  I know a lot of users would like to see compilation but unless it can be built into our codebase, or somehow placed within the app folder structure, it's not really possible due to the nature of Windows 8 apps and the sandboxing Microsoft forces upon them.
