Version: 13.2.0591

Platform: .NET 4.0

Environment: Windows 7 (64-bit)

To reproduce open the sample 'Actipro Software\WPF-Controls\v13.2.0591\SampleBrowser\ProductSamples\GaugeSamples\QuickStart\CircularGaugeDampening' and set the system date back by one year.

Thanks for reporting this, we've fixed it for the next maintenance release.
