Sorry but probably not. The reason is that some parts of UIStudio require the use of interop Windows API since .NET Windows Forms does not wrap everything that is needed to supply the functionality you get in UIStudio.
I checked UIStudio with the Mono Migration Analyzer (MoMA) and I see that problem in Bar controls, but I'm not using they, I'm only using Dock and Tab part of UIStudio.
While the Dock controls don't use as many as the Bar controls, there still are some mouse/key hook processing and some GDI things that are done via API. So I don't believe they could be moved over.
