How can I run Sample Browser with full product license?

Version: 14.1.0602

I am unable to run the external samples in the sample browser because I get a message stating that my full release license expired 7/4/2014. We bought these licenses in June.

I have tried twice to uninstall, reboot, and reinstall the product, but I keep getting the same error.

How can I resolve this? Thanks!

Hi Jay,

That shouldn't be happening.  There might be a registry snag causing it.  Please contact our support address and we'll work with you directly to figure out what's wrong and get it working.

The latest build of this product (v24.1.2) was released 2 months ago, which was after the last post in this thread.
