I can't seem to find the place where the scroll-with-mouse-wheel is leashed. Currently movements of micro-nano-pico scale cause pages and pages to scroll through.
Where is the click box for this? Or, is this a Windows 10 "feature"?

Hello,
I'm sorry you are having trouble. We handle whatever mouse wheel delta value that Windows sends us per Microsoft's documentation. For instance, one notch rotation on my mouse wheel scrolls two lines of text within Code Writer. What kind of mouse device do you have?
I found a workaround based on your reply.
My mouse is a Logitech Marathon M705 and, after searching and testing a bit, it seems like Code Writer is not compatible with Logitech SetPoint's "Smooth Scrolling". By disabling it, everything works as expected. I can live without this.
In case you guys are interested, Code Writer is the only program here that will not work well with the "Smooth Scroll".
Thanks!
