Hallo,

In our project we use the Docksite control. We have several MDI windows that are dockable.

Now I need a tool window that is not dockable.

Is that possible?
If yes how?

I can not use a normal WPF window, because when clicking in the main window this is set to background.

Hi Sascha,

Yes, our Docking/MDI product has many global and instance-level options for docking windows.  Please check out the "Docking/MDI / Docking Window Features / Docking Window Capabilities" topic in the documentation.  That describes them all.  For instance there is a DockSite.CanToolWindowsDock property that affects the default of all tool windows and a ToolWindow.CanDock property that only affects that one instance.
