WPF Controls 2016.1 build 636 Hotfix

Yesterday we published a hotfix to the 2016.1 build 636 release of the WPF Controls.  Right after original release, we discovered a Docking/MDI bug introduced by the updates that needed to be squashed.  If you downloaded the release prior to today, please redownload it to ensure you have the hotfix.
