setting CodeWriter as the default editor in iPython - Code Writer App Suggestions and Support Forum

Version: 3.0.22

Has anyone susceeded in setting CodeWriter as the default editor for iPython on a windows 10 OS?

I dont know how to link 'Start-Process "codewriter://" ' to iPythons default editor?

Is it possible to have iPython call the codewriter via a power shell script?

Hi Harry,

"codewriter://" should work fine from the Windows 10 Run dialog. But as for iPython, we're not familiar with that. Perhaps another user reading this has a suggestion?

The latest build of this product (v4.2.42) was released 3 years ago, which was after the last post in this thread.
