In Code writer - How can I default file type to XML

Hi,

How can I default file type to XML, currently each time, I want to view XML logs,  I need to change file type from Text to XML via properties

Hello,

What is the extension of the file you are opening?  In v3.2, if you go to the "Settings / File Types" tab, you can scroll down to XML and press the "+" button by "Custom extensions" to add a custom file extension.  Does that solve the problem for you?

Many thanks for the response, Yes it worked for me, by using custom extension, I am now able to open the required xml files.
