Please make sure you follow the steps in the "Licensing" topic in the documentation that comes with the product after purchasing licenses.  That walks you through what to do so that the license information gets embedded into your app's .exe when you compile it with Visual Studio or MSBuild.

If you follow those steps and still have problems, please write our support address and we can work with you privately.  But following those steps should get you working.
