We are using the actipro ribbon in our application. Some customers require us to change the ribbon to the old fashoned toolbar. Is this possible?

Thank you!

Hello,

We don't have a classic toolbar control in our library at this time.  That being said, we are considering working on a product for more traditional toolbars later this year.  In the meantime, you could probalby build up a native WPF ToolBar control and then hide the Ribbon and show the ToolBar when the customer desires this option.

Hello,

We wanted to let you know that the ribbon option for a Simplified layout mode is now fully available in the new Bars product's Ribbon control, which released in the WPF Controls 23.1 version.  The Bars product also has a StandaloneToolBar control that is more like a traditional toolbar control but can still show any controls that can be in the ribbon, including popup buttons with menu galleries.

More information is here:

The latest build of this product (v24.1.2) was released 1 days ago, which was after the last post in this thread.
