We are setting the dockManager's ToolWindowLayoutData to an XmlDocument. In a particular case we are getting object not set to valid reference. The XmlDocument seems to be fine. Is there a way to diagnose what is happening in the docking library?

I'm sorry you're having trouble. Are you able to reproduce this in one of our samples? If so, can you tell us how?
Or if not, can you provide the full exception info such as exception type, message, and stack trace? We then might ask that you reproduce this in a new simple sample project that you could send us for us to debug with. Thanks!
