TimePicker crashes in Avalonia version 11.2.0

Hi MJ,

The Avalonia 11.2 release adds "seconds" to the TimePicker control, so that means any control theme that doesn't define the "seconds" part will fail.  Our current release is not yet compatible with the changes in Avalonia 11.2.  We have the changes ready, though, and should have a new release very soon.

In the meantime, you'd need to either wait to move to Avalonia 11.2 until after our next release is ready or disable our native control themes.

Our latest release (v25.1) is now available that is compatible with Avalonia 11.2.  Please let us know if you have any other issues.
